Wind Power Generator

Description

This demonstration apparatus consists of a propelling blade coupled with a dynamo, mounted on a 2 bearing bush on a heavy metal base. Overall dimensions: 33 x 18 x 48 cm. The dynamo unit is connected to the rotor shaft by a gear system and will operate on low wind. A Newton’s colour wheel is included. The air from a standard table fan (not included) is enough to drive the generator to produce current for the motor or the lamp. A selection switch is provided for selection to either the motor or the lamp.
