Description

Demonstrates that cathode rays move in a straight line. Demonstrates that cathode rays deflect in magnetic field. Bring a magnet close to the bright image on the plate and see the rays deflect. All Crookes Tubes (CRT’S) require a very high voltage power source such as an Induction Coil (42IC) which produces 10 to 50 KV continuous voltage.
