• Calf Brains Infusion (from 200 g): 7.7 g
• Beef Heart Infusion (from 250 g): 9.8 g
• Proteose Peptone: 10 g
• Dextrose: 2 g
• Sodium Chloride: 5 g
• Disodium Phosphate: 2.5 g
• Agar: 15 g
  Formula may be adjusted to meet performance specifications.

Quality Control – Expected Growth:

• Escherichia coli ATCC 25922
• Proteus vulgaris ATCC 13315
• Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923
  • Incubation: 35 °C for 24 hours
  • Appearance: Light to medium amber, slightly opalescent
  • pH: 7.4 ± 0.2 at 25 °C

• Store at 2–8 °C with label side facing upward
• Shelf life: 10 weeks from date of manufacture when stored correctly in original packaging
