ScienceScope pH Probe Sensor – Advanced (0 to 14 pH)
ScienceScope pH Probe Sensor – Advanced (0 to 14 pH)
SKU:44SU1950
The ScienceScope Advanced pH Probe Sensor is a high-precision tool for measuring pH levels across the full scale of 0 to 14 pH, making it suitable for both classroom experiments and advanced environmental studies. With 0.01 pH unit resolution, this sensor delivers highly accurate results for chemistry, biology, and environmental science investigations.
The advanced probe design allows remote calibration to pH 7, as well as 1- or 2-point calibration to any chosen pH value when used alongside ScienceScope Logbook Graphing software. This ensures long-term accuracy and flexibility across different applications. Temperature compensation further improves reliability in variable conditions.
To maintain probe performance and lifespan, the electrode should be stored in a 3.3 M Potassium Chloride (KCl) storage solution (prepared by dissolving 244.6 g of KCl into 1 L of water; 75 g = 1 M solution). This prevents dehydration of the electrode and ensures accurate calibration when in use.
