Single slit: slit width 0.01 / 0.02 / 0.05mm
Double slit: slit width 0.02mm, interval 0.04 / 0.07 / 0.22mm
Diffraction lattice slit: width 0.01mm x 30 (0.02mm intervals), 0.02mm x 10 (0.06mm intervals)
It is the interval from the slit center to the center.
